Stir Fried BBQ ShrimpThis recipe can easily be doubled for serving at parties. It can be kept warm in a chaffing dish or in a slow cooker set to low. The finished dish can be served on top of white or brown rice, pasta, baked potatoes or chow mein noodles. Serve this dish along with steamed vegetable or pork dumplings and some stir fried broccoli with snow peas, for a complete, Chinese-style meal. This recipe makes 6-8 servings. Curry Powder BlendIn addition to flavoring the BBQ shrimp, this curry blend can also be used on chicken, fish, ribs, pork or even vegetables.
